1. Promoter
The Promoter is dormakaba Australia Pty Ltd ABN 14 067 969 466, located at 12–13 Dansu Court, Hallam VIC 3803 (“dormakaba”). This Promotion has been authorised under NSW Authority No. TP/04581, SA Permit No. T25/1667 and ACT Permit No. ACT TP 25/02214

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 29 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 12 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

• Eligible entries must be supported by original documentation dated within the Promotion Period.
• No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

3. Eligible Products
For the purposes of this promotion, Eligible Products include all dormakaba boxed products and specifically exclude all custom made-to-order dormakaba products, including but not limited to made-to-order automatic door systems and custom glass systems/fittings

4. Eligibility
Entry is open to two groups, subject to the conditions below:

Group 1 – Customers

• A Customer is defined as any business or individual 18 yrs or older who purchases $500 (ex GST) or more of Eligible Products in a single transaction from a participating dormakaba Hardware Distributor during the Promotion Period.
• A “participating dormakaba Hardware Distributor” is one that holds a current dormakaba Australia Credit Account, is a reseller of dormakaba Eligible Products and is not a Locksmith.
• The Customer is the business named on the eligible Tax Invoice/Receipt uploaded as part of the entry. If no business name appears, the Customer is the business nominated at entry. If no business name is provided, the Customer is the individual entrant.
• Multiple entries apply for each additional $500 (ex GST) spent in a single transaction (e.g. $2,600 ex GST purchase = 5 entries).
• Customers may enter multiple times, provided each entry is supported by a unique Tax Invoice/Receipt.

Group 2 – Hardware Distributors (Business Owners/Directors)

• Hardware Distributors qualify only if they have sold the Eligible Products associated with a winning Customer entry. There is no separate prize draw for Hardware Distributors.
• The Group 2 prize is automatically awarded to:
  a) The Hardware Distributor business that sold the Eligible Products to the Group 1 Customer who wins the first prize draw; and
  b) The identifiable employee of that Distributor who sold or processed the winning order, as evidenced on the Tax Invoice/Receipt. If the employee cannot be identified, the entire Group 2 prize will be awarded to the Distributor business.
• To remain eligible, the Distributor must hold a current dormakaba Australia Credit Account in good standing (not in arrears) at the time of prize award.
• Locksmiths are excluded from Group 2 eligibility.

Employees, directors, management, and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

• Entry occurs when an eligible purchase of Eligible Products is issued with a Tax Invoice/Receipt and the details are submitted via the competition website via www.dormakaba-comp.com.au.
• Entrants must be based in Australia and upload a clear copy of the Tax Invoice/Receipt issued by a participating Australian dormakaba Hardware Distributor and provide the following details: Customer name, contact details, distributor details, purchase date, and purchase amount of dormakaba Eligible Products.
• Multiple entries are permitted in accordance with the requirements of clause 4.

6. Prizes
The total prize pool is AUD $17,000, allocated as follows:

Group 1 – Customers

• 1st Prize: $10,000 cash
• 2nd Prize: $3,000 cash
• 3rd Prize: $1,000 cash
• Total Group 1 Prizes: $14,000

Group 2 – Hardware Distributors (Business Owners/Directors)

• 1st Prize: $2,000 cash to the Hardware Distributor business plus $1,000 cash to the individual employee who sold or processed the winning transaction.
• If the individual employee cannot be identified on the uploaded Tax Invoice/Receipt, the $1,000 employee prize will instead be awarded to the Hardware Distributor business.
• Total Group 2 Prizes: $3,000
• The Group 2 prize is conditional on and awarded only after the Group 1 first prize winner has been validated.

Overall Prize Pool: $17,000

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any other form of compensation.
• Tax implications may arise from accepting a prize; winners should seek independent financial advice.

7. Draw & Notification

• A single prize draw will take place at 12–13 Dansu Court, Hallam VIC 3803 on 16 December 2025 at 12 noon.
• The draw will determine the Group 1 prize winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
• Group 1 Winners: All Group 1 winners will be notified by phone and email on 17 December 2025. Winners of prizes valued over $250 will also be published (last name, first initial and postcode) on dormakaba’s website www.dormakaba.com/au-en within 7 business days of the draw.
• Group 2 Winner: The Group 2 prize (Distributor business and/or employee) is dependent on and linked to the verified Group 1 first prize winner. Accordingly:
  - The Group 2 winner will not be contacted or announced until the Group 1 first prize winner has been validated and confirmed.
  - If the Group 1 first prize entry is deemed invalid, disqualified, or unclaimed, the Group 2 winner will also change to the Distributor associated with the next valid Group 1 first prize redraw.
  - The winner will then be published (last name, first initial and postcode) on dormakaba’s website www.dormakaba.com/au-en

8. Unclaimed Prizes & Redraws

• The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact prize winners.
• If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 months of the original draw, a redraw will take place at the same location on 23 March 2026 at 12noon.
• Redraw winners will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days and published on dormakaba’s website.

9. Verification & Disqualification

• A single prize draw will take place at 12–13 Dansu Court, Hallam VIC 3803 on 16 December 2025.
• The draw will determine the Group 1 prize winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
• Group 1 Winners: All Group 1 winners will be notified by phone and email on 17 December 2025. Winners of prizes valued over $250 will also be published on dormakaba’s website within 7 business days of the draw.
• Group 2 Winner: The Group 2 prize (Distributor business and/or employee) is dependent on and linked to the verified Group 1 first prize winner. Accordingly:
• The Group 2 winner will not be contacted or announced until the Group 1 first prize winner has been validated and confirmed.
• If the Group 1 first prize entry is deemed invalid, disqualified, or unclaimed, the Group 2 winner will also change to the Distributor associated with the next valid Group 1 first prize redraw.

10. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

11. Liability

• The Promoter, its employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost communications, or events beyond its reasonable control.

12. Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer this promotion. Without it, entries cannot be processed. Entrant details may be used for marketing purposes unless an entrant opts out. For more details, refer to dormakaba’s Privacy Policy: www.dormakaba.com/au-en/privacy-policy.

13. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
• Where a Group 1 first prize entry is disqualified or unclaimed, the associated Group 2 Distributor prize will also lapse and be subject to redraw
• Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
